Oregonians are already struggling to find coverage for their homes if an insurance company cancels their policy. Home and car insurance is harder to afford than ever. And now, when lawmakers should be protecting consumers from higher insurance costs, they are instead considering a bill that would add more lawsuits, more regulations, and higher insurance costs.
